Where are you located?

We are located in Baulkham Hills, Sydney.

Do you have a shop front we can visit?

Unfortunately not at this stage. We are an online shop for the majority of our customers. We do have a small selection of crystals available within our healing clinic for in-person treatment clients.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and Sendle.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this stage.

What is your dispatch times?

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.

Delivery is then dependent on the carrier which is typically:

• Express Post: 1-5 business days
• Parcel Post: 3-10 business days

However, these postal times are dependent on Australia Post.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.

I have a question about my crystal

We would be happy to help.

We have some resources available on our website and social media pages which explains a lot about crystal care, smudge sticks, and crystal meanings.

However, if you would like to know something and can't find it, please email us via our contact us page.

Do you use Pure Essential Oils?

Yes we do! All of our oils are 100% pure and contain no synthetics or parabens. They are all vegan, and not tested on animals.

I'm pregnant - Are your products safe for me?

All of our crystals and smudging accessories are safe to use during pregnancy. In fact, some of our crystals are really supportive to our beautiful pregnant mummas, and can help you on your transition journey.

Most of our oils are also safe to use during pregnancy, however, some do contain low levels of essential oils that caution is recommended.

We recommend that you look at the ingredients list on our website and consult with your doctor prior to using.

There is an issue with my order

We are so sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order. We value customer service and your satisfaction is important to us.

Please reach out to us via email with a description of the problem and any relevant photos, and we will try to make it right.
